The Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth features a cozy lobby filled with tropical plants and vibrant décor, making it a lovely space to relax or gather. Our room had a convenient layout with a mini-fridge and microwave, perfect for our family. The clean bathroom included eco-friendly toiletries, which I appreciated as a bonus!
Breakfast options could have been improved.

My stay was great, especially since I was visiting some of Plymouth's historical sites nearby. I loved how spacious and clean the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was—definitely a comfortable place to return to after a day of exploring. The breakfast options at the hotel were quite good, and the staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. However, I was slightly disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, which would have been a nice perk during my stay.

The nearby Plymouth House of Pizza was an absolute gem—crispy crusts and hearty toppings that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the warm staff at the hotel definitely made the stay a bit brighter! Loved how they provided eco-friendly toiletries, that was a nice touch.
However, the room had a pretty funky smell when we checked in, probably from a spill or something. Definitely not what I expected for over $360 a night. And I got charged for breakfast even though I thought it was included, such a bummer.

Just a top selection for a break on a long journey in Plymouth with incredible value for money. The staff were helpful and accommodated my request for an earlier check-in. If you're okay with paying for breakfast, it's workable.

Exceptional Service and Comfort!

The cozy lobby, filled with tropical plants and bright-orange chairs, provides a welcoming ambiance right off the bat. Easy access to nearby eateries made post-adventure meals super convenient.
Upon entering our room, an overwhelming odor of sausage and peppers was hard to ignore, likely stemming from a large stain on the carpet. Overall cleanliness left much to be desired. there were hairs in the sink, a dusty closet, and soap scum on the shower head that suggested a lack of attention. The pool couldn't really be called a 'pool'—tiny would be more accurate. Internet connectivity also faltered on the third floor, logging us off more than once, which was a hassle. Lastly, the pricing for breakfast felt misleading. we faced charges despite believing it was included in our rate.

The hotel was quite clean and offered a good value. The breakfast options were decent, although the buffet felt a bit basic. Check-in was seamless, but the A/C needed a bit of attention. Overall, a positive experience, but some improvements could be made.
